Beans & Brews is looking for our next great hire to join the Brew Crew - an experienced digital marketing and loyalty manager - to take our digital ordering and loyalty programs to the next level. You will be responsible for implementing and managing the Beans & Brews loyalty, app, online ordering, and 3rd party delivery programs, as well as being involved in creating the strategy to win. Increasing customer engagement, driving revenue growth, and improving retention will be critical measures of success. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in digital marketing, loyalty programs, and performance analysis/optimization, with a passion for delivering improving results.
Loyalty Program:
- Develop our loyalty program strategy.
- Oversee the complete implementation and optimization of the loyalty program to deliver results against KPIs
- Develop strategies to engage customers and drive participation in the loyalty program through targeted communications (SMS, email, push notifications, etc.), personalized offers, and incentives.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, to attract new members and boost participation.
- Monitor and improve the customer experience with the loyalty program.
- Partner with our technology platform partners to improve capabilities and drive success.
Digital Ordering:
- App: Optimize and improve the Beans & Brews app. UX and ordering experience
- Online Ordering: Create & execute strategies to drive increased online orders
- Delivery: Manage relationships with 3rd party delivery partners (Uber Eats, Door Dash), developing and implementing a marketing calendar that drives profitable sales.
Digital Marketing:
- SEO & Location Listings: Maximize visibility of all online location listings via platforms like Yelp and Google.
- Paid Digital Media: Partner with Head of Marketing on media planning & analysis. Direct agency in media buying and performance analysis.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools and customer insights to track program & segment performance, evaluate effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the extended marketing, operations, and IT teams, to ensure seamless integration of the loyalty and digital marketing program with existing systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in loyalty program management, preferably within the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Experience working with a top-tier customer loyalty & engagement platform (i.e. Punchh) – preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving orientation.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to be self-directed, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a results-oriented role.
