Kforce has a client in South Jordan, UT that is seeking an experienced and results-driven Retention & Loyalty Marketing Manager to join their growing Digital Marketing team. This role will be responsible for leading and executing our email marketing strategy, ensuring impactful campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions. The Retention & Loyalty Marketing Manager will oversee the development of high-performing email initiatives, manage a small team, and optimize campaign execution to align with business objectives. Responsibilities:
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative email marketing strategies to boost customer engagement, retention, and revenue
- Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and optimize email campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, design collaboration, and performance testing
- Marketing Automation: Leverage email marketing platforms to enhance automation, personalization, and analytics for a seamless customer experience
- Optimization & A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, content, and design elements to maximize campaign performance
- Data-Driven Insights: Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, product, and data teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed on industry regulations, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and best practices, ensuring all campaigns meet compliance standards
- 7 years of experience in email marketing and campaign strategy
- Expertise in platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, or similar tools
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize results
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail
- Proficiency in A/B testing, performance analysis, and marketing best practices
- Deep understanding of email marketing trends, customer engagement strategies, and compliance regulations
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
