We are seeking a motivated and experienced Used Car Manager to oversee our pre-owned vehicle inventory, sales operations, and team performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, inventory management, Manheim License and experience with auctions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize used car inventory, including purchasing, pricing, and reconditioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase used car sales and profitability.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Appraise trade-in vehicles accurately and competitively.
- Monitor market trends to adjust pricing and inventory levels accordingly.
- Maintain relationships with wholesalers, auctions, and other sources for vehicle acquisitions.
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance performance and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- 5 Years experience in used car sales
- Manheim License and experience with auctions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle appraisal tools and inventory management software.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering excellent service.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
