Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate compensation for all staff members.
- Develop and implement organization design strategies to enhance workforce effectiveness.
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resources management.
- Negotiate employment contracts and manage employee relations issues effectively.
- Lead succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline for key positions.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations at all levels of the organization.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for efficient recruitment processes and candidate tracking.
- Maintain and manage HR information systems such as UltiPro or Ceridian for payroll and employee data management.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field is essential.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and employment labor law is required.
- Experience with organization design, recruiting, and succession planning is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with UltiPro or Ceridian software is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts amicably.
