Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool patrons, enforcing pool rules, and providing excellent guest services. This role requires strong swimming skills, the ability to perform first aid and CPR, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe swimming environment.
Duties
- Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
- Perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area for cleanliness and safety hazards.
- Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any questions or concerns from patrons.
- Participate in regular training sessions to maintain lifeguard certifications and enhance skills.
Requirements
- Must possess current Lifeguard certification, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
- Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues effectively.
- Ability to lift heavy objects as needed for pool maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for effective guest interaction.
- Previous experience in guest services is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
