Account Coordinator Level 1
Bear Fox Marketing is looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Coordinator to help manage campaigns, build strong client relationships, and keep projects running smoothly.
As the main point of contact between our agency and clients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and exceed expectations. Your strong organization skills, knowledge of digital marketing, and ability to anticipate client needs will make you an invaluable part of our team.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with our digital marketing experts, problem-solve client challenges, and help create impactful campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service and communication to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering strong relationships
- Become the resident expert on your client’s industry and marketing, providing meaningful internal communication as the representative of your clients
- Present monthly reports, Quarterly Business reviews as well as additional strategic recommendations based on a strong understanding of performance data and the next steps in growing your clients’ digital performance
- Coordinate efforts of the agency team to deliver a high level of performance
- Document customer interactions and agency tasks using CRM software (HubSpot) and project management software (Asana)
- Take ownership of project management processes and workflow
- Develop and maintain a solid knowledge base of evolving digital marketing services
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in marketing or a related field (Bachelor's preferred but not required)
- 2-3 years of work in marketing (Agency experience preferred)
- Strong skills in organization, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication
- Ability to build rapport with clients and internal team
- Ability to prioritize workflow and client/agency wins
- Base understanding of SEO, Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing
- Base understanding of marketing KPI’s and reporting
- Experience with project management software (We use Asana)

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range $45,000 - $55,000 Depending on Experience
- Over 5 weeks paid time off per year (includes holidays)
