Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and exemplify the organization's mission, vision, and values through food hospitality
- Greet residents, families, and visitors with a positive and cheerful attitude, ensuring a warm welcome in our facilities
- Supervise food production, maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and appearance
- Plan and prepare menus that cater to various dietary needs, ensuring optimal nutrition and efficient food handling
- Develop and implement training programs for the Food Hospitality and Nutrition team, focusing on operational performance and customer service
Requirements:
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Licensed Dietitian (LD) preferred; Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required
- Minimum three years of experience in managing food services or hospitality, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to utilize technology for procurement, budgeting, and scheduling
