Description
Our Swim School Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Swim School, meeting financial goals, providing the highest quality swim lessons, customer service, and facility standards. Responsible for coordinating operations and procedures for the Swim School, ensuring organizational effectiveness, and efficiency. Ensures all team members follow the standards set for the success of the company.

Core Duties:
- Leads and manages staff of 20-25 employees
- Oversees the quality and success of the school by managing daily operations
- Works with staff on student progress, customer service and engagement
Secondary Duties:
- Hiring and training staff
- Upholding standards in water and facility safety by completing daily checklists

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 years of management preferred
- Aquatic background not required
