We have 3 dealerships that need daily and weekly routine maintenance to keep operating at the highest level. You will be responsible for finding, troubleshooting and fixing building or property issues.
Responsibilities
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Conduct routine maintenance work
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Some shipping a receiving duties
- Keep logs on work and issues
Skills
- Experience in maintenance work
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical building components
- Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)
- Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
- Excellent physical condition
