105.7 Maxima On Air Talent /Assistant Program Director

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Description: Beasley Media Group is searching for a Full Time On Air Talent / Assistant Program Director for 105.7 Maxima. This unique format is the first in Las Vegas targeting both the Spanish and English speaking massive Hispanic market. This unique blend of Classic Hits in both English and Spanish with a Spanish Language presentation is in need of a passionate Programmer who can also present a local and community directed Morning or Afternoons show. The right butt for the right seat must be creative, well-organized, strategic thinker with the passion to engage listeners locally both on air and at community events and appearances. Fluent in Spanish and English is a must. Las Vegas is a vibrant and exciting market that appeals to a multi-generational Hispanic community.

Key Responsibilities:

Working with the OM, Program Director and Consultants to create a well branded, unique station on air.
A strong understanding of PPM and willingness to learn PPM strategies needed to excel vs competitors.
Well prepped daily on air show and work with Digital Program Director to create content as required for Maxima website and socials. Digital is a big part of the success of the station and will be required on a daily basis.
Coordinating possible Voice Tracking shifts with other talent, oversee scheduling of music, updating imaging and music clocks.
Work with GM and Sales to create revenue opportunities both on air and in the community as they present themselves.
Understanding FCC rules and regulations when executing on-air and web-based content.

Qualifications:

Previous Programming and on-air success, preferable 2 years of prime daypart experience.
A passion for writing and updating imaging and music while working with OM, Program Director and consultants to make sure the station sounds fresh and fun.
Working with sales and promotion staff to help promote and execute community events to help build the Maxima brand.
Understanding of Nielsen PPM, Wide Orbit, V Creative, strategic research, and the ability to learn and execute music scheduling programs.
Digital Experience in website and social content creating is a must.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
