Title: Traffic Manager – Beasley Media Group, LLC Location: Fort Myers, FL. or Remote

Description: We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, process-driven Traffic Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless scheduling, editing, and execution of commercial programming logs using Marketron software. This position will work closely with sales, programming, and accounting departments. Responsibilities include producing and reconciling the daily commercial programming log, managing inventory, and maintaining traffic records. This position requires a high degree of flexibility and the ability to work within a constantly changing environment. Job functions include:

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize commercial logs to maximize revenue.
Reconcile commercial logs & programmatic clients for billing.
Handle tasks assigned to support department goals and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of traffic broadcast experience preferred with strong Marketron Traffic skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer programs.
A detail-oriented, self-motivated team player who enjoys solving problems, thrives on figuring out challenges, and can independently prioritize and execute tasks.
