What You’ll Do
Design & develop innovative outdoor & marine products from concept to completion
Utilize Autodesk Inventor (or similar CAD software) to create 3D models and technical drawings
Prototype & test new designs for performance, durability, and efficiency
Select materials & collaborate on manufacturing processes to optimize production
Work closely with engineers, machinists, and leadership to refine and improve designs
Solve complex design challenges with creativity and precision
Ensure all products uphold BeatDown Outdoors’ reputation for innovation, quality, and durability
What We’re Looking For
1-3 years of product design / engineering experience (outdoor / marine industry is a plus!)
Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD software
Hands-on prototyping & manufacturing experience
Knowledge of materials selection & production processes
Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
Ability to take ideas and transform them into finished, market-ready products
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Hardworking, adaptable, and willing to put in the time it takes to complete projects
