About the role
BeatGig is looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to drive our growth and brand strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, has experience scaling marketing programs, and is eager to take responsibility for demand generation, content, and performance marketing. The Marketing Lead will work closely with leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the go-to-market strategy for BeatGig’s venue and artist products.
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content, email, paid media, and social media.
- Craft compelling brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling to enhance BeatGig’s presence in the market.
- Optimize and grow digital channels, including SEO, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
- Create sales enablement materials such as decks, case studies, and one-pagers to support revenue goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts.
- Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize growth.
- Experiment with and test new marketing tactics to drive pipeline and increase conversion rates.
- Manage marketing budget efficiently to optimize ROI.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in growth, demand gen, and product marketing.
- Preferred experience in B2B SaaS, B2C, or startups.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for campaigns, website content, and social media.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform decisions.
- Self-starter with a bias for action – comfortable working hands-on to execute campaigns.
- Detail oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for live entertainment and an understanding of the challenges within the industry.
