As a Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you will be pivotal in steering our email, SMS, and retention marketing initiatives throughout the entire patient lifecycle—from initial conversion to enduring engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of the Lifecycle Marketing strategy by managing email, SMS, and other communication channels to enhance conversion, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end campaigns, including crafting personalized outreach initiatives.
  • Establish key lifecycle metrics and define clear objectives that align with overarching business goals.
  • Create segmentation strategies to tailor messaging for diverse patient demographics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Engineering, to synchronize lifecycle initiatives with significant company milestones.
  • Utilize A/B testing, experimentation, and performance analysis to continuously refine and enhance campaigns.

Required Skills

  • 6-8 years of Lifecycle Marketing experience, demonstrating a solid ability to drive engagement and retention for consumer-oriented brands (healthcare or wellness experience is advantageous).
  • Proven expertise in building and executing email and SMS campaigns (familiarity with Customer.io and SendGrid is preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset with experience in optimizing conversion rates, customer churn, and lifetime value.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and email coders to produce engaging and high-performing campaigns.
  • Technical understanding of data integrations, working closely with engineering teams to enhance lifecycle marketing efforts.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of customer segmentation, utilizing research and data to inform messaging strategies.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • An exceptional attention to detail while maintaining efficiency and speed.
  • A patient-centric outlook with the ability to create compelling and personalized messaging.
