As our inaugural Account Director, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing performance marketing campaigns across major social platforms, utilizing data insights to drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct engagements with clients investing approximately \(1M monthly in advertising, managing a portfolio valued at over \)2M annually.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to foster client relationships and oversee campaign execution across various teams.
- Design and implement innovative cross-channel marketing strategies aimed at optimizing critical performance metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Work alongside internal teams, including designers and marketing analysts, as well as external partners, to execute cohesive campaigns.
- Mentor junior team members, offering guidance and support for their professional development.
- Ensure impeccable campaign execution through meticulous quality assurance and attention to detail.
- Strategically evaluate long-term marketing objectives, prioritize initiatives, and make data-informed decisions for heightened impact.
- Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends and industry best practices to foster innovation within the agency.
- Assume ownership of overall agency performance, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of client projects.
- 7-10 years of experience in account management within an agency context, including 3-5 years of team leadership.
- Proficiency with diverse marketing channels, including e-commerce/D2C and lead generation.
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience with prominent digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEM, Paid Social, Email/SMS, and SEO.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to adapt communication styles to meet client and team needs.
- Proven leadership capabilities, with a diplomatic and empathetic approach to negotiations and client management.
- Highly organized, with an exceptional attention to detail.
- A robust sense of branding, creative strategy, and an eye for design aesthetics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in product management, data analytics, app marketing, or sales is a plus.
