Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent education degree
* Previous experience in construction &/or construction products with 3-6 related mechanic experience and/or training
* Ability to lift and/or move 50 pounds and climb to heights of 125 feet

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the Company Safety Program and Policies while performing duties safely.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the plant and grounds areas by sweeping, shoveling, and removing aggregate from the area.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant through maintenance, inspection, and repair of equipment and operating conditions.
- Operate a front-end loader, skid loader, or forklift according to requirements.
