Beatrice Ready Mixed Concrete Company is seeking a highly skilled and mechanically inclined Plant Support Specialist to join our team. This key role is responsible for providing general labor support, operating equipment, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the concrete plant.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the plant and grounds areas.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant through maintenance, inspection, and repair of equipment.
- Operate front-end loaders, skid loaders, or forklifts as required.
- Load aggregates into trucks and bins according to order requirements.
- Maintain plant inspection records and assist with other record-keeping processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction or construction products with 3-6 years of related mechanic experience and/or training.
- Must be mechanically inclined and able to lift and/or move 50 pounds.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule during busy season, including late or irregular hours.
