This role is responsible for providing general labor support for the plant, operating equipment, and assisting with batch activities and yard area maintenance to ensure the concrete plant operates efficiently and safely.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant through regular maintenance, inspection, and repair of equipment.
- Operate front-end loaders, skid loaders, or forklifts as required.
- Load aggregates into trucks and bins according to order requirements.
- Unload railcars and silos using high-volume air machines.
