Construction Superintendent

We are currently hiring for a multiphase 194unit multifamily ground up project breaking ground in Spring of 2025 in Bend OR.

Seeking Position Title: Multifamily Superintendent.

We're family based culture that that takes care of business. Beaudin Construction is a Portland OR based commercial and multifamily general contractor since 2001. We primarily build new apartment complexes and commercial buildings in Oregon and Washington. We have a number of really exciting projects breaking ground in 2023 and beyond. The Beaudin team is looking to add a key member to our growing family. This position allows for long term growth with an up and coming collaborative company. The basic function of the Superintendent is to coordinate and manage to completion usually 1 project at a time while maintaining the company’s commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.

This job pays $90,000 - $110,000 DOE. Bonuses

Requirements/Responsibilities:

Have a can-do attitude
Growth minded wanting to learn more
Ensure customer relations are maintained at the highest level possible
Schedule and complete any special projects assigned by management
Maintain, update and prioritize schedule as needed

Duties:

Maintain and update daily logs
Hold weekly sub meetings
Create look ahead schedules
Generate and submit RFI’s
Daily photos of job site
Supervise job site employees
File and post documents on company database
Coordinate building and special inspections
Review and ensure code compliance
Punch list walk through
Adhere to the codes of the company’s Employee Manual
