Woodburn Construction CMGC is looking for a Construction Superintendent to join our team to manage the onsite coordination of commercial construction ground up and TI projects.

Essential Duties include:
· Job site Logistics
· Studying project plans, specifications and contract documents to plan sequencing for construction.
· Creating and managing construction CPM and 3 week look ahead schedules. Plan starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction. Schedule workers, subcontractors and material suppliers.
· Thorough and detailed review of required submittals.
· Prepares daily progress reports, purchase orders for materials, time records, and other project-related paperwork.
Inspects work in progress to ensure that work conforms to contract specifications and that construction schedules are adhered to.
· Create clear and accurate RFIs to enable quick response from the design teams.
· Attend and contribute to OAC progress meetings.
· Work closely with PMs and PEs regarding Extra work/Change Orders, and job progress.
· Ensure the jobsite safety plan is followed, including weekly safety meetings and inspections.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
· Professional and detail oriented.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and marketing of the Company.
· Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Thorough knowledge of the materials, tools and equipment used in the commercial construction industry. Knowledge of commercial building and safety codes, rules and regulations.
· Proficient with MS Office
· Proficiency with Procore is a bonus
Experience/Certification
· OSHA 10
· Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
· 5 years of experience supervising and managing commercial projects is required.
· Successfully completed a Ground Up and Tennant Improvement project with a value of at least 2 million.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
