High-visibility role that is responsible for helping develop our strategic- and business-planning initiatives; formulating budgets to ensure appropriate profitability and/or revenue maximization; supporting our marketing and promotional efforts; monitoring all oncology outcome data, while growing the service line and developing new products. Reports to President and Chief Executive Officer.
Position RequirementsEducation:
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate clinical discipline or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration with a healthcare specialization. Master Degree preferred..
Experience:
- Superior knowledge of the oncology care process and continuum of care, emerging issues and trends including new technology, reimbursement, managed care and outcomes management.
- Must demonstrate a solid record of at least three (3) years of relevant management/leadership responsibility in a progressive healthcare organization.
