About the Role:
For a naturally organized person with a strong work ethic. As our Med Spa Office Manager, you'll be the manager of our symphony of success. Various general responsibilities, from overseeing daily operations and managing client flow to ensuring a seamless, five-star experience for every guest. This is a unique opportunity to help open and build our spa team from the ground up! Responsibilities:
- The Experience Expert: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every patient feels pampered, informed, and confident throughout their journey.
- Lead with Grace: Foster a positive and professional environment for our team, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.
- Orchestrate the Flow: Managing the front desk and patient appointments, scheduling, and cancellations efficiently, minimizing wait times and maximizing patient satisfaction.
- Inventory Maestro: Maintain inventory levels for medical supplies and retail products, ensuring we never run out of what our patients need.
- Marketing-Savvy: Coordinate with marketing initiatives and promotions, keeping our spa at the forefront of the minds of our discerning clientele.
- Tech-Savvy Guru: Utilize our computer system and other software to maintain accurate client records and ensure smooth operation.
You are the Ideal Candidate if You:
- With an innate ability to cultivate meaningful connections and nurture a cohesive team environment, my skills in public relations are unmatched.
- Have at least 3 years of experience managing in a medical or wellness spa, hospitality industry, or other healthcare setting.
- Possess a proven track record of exceeding patient expectations and driving operational excellence.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- Are a master of communication, with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Are proficient in using professional appointment and other relevant software.
- Possess a professional demeanor and impeccable presentation skills.
- Share our passion for aesthetics and exceptional patient care.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive pay package commensurate with your experience and expertise.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 37.5 per week
