Responsibilities:
Oversee the seamless operation of the medical spa by coordinating front desk reception duties, managing social media presence, providing support during procedures, and ensuring the facility's cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
Front Desk Receptionist:
- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage appointment calendar.
- Call patients to confirm appoitnments
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Manage client check-in and check-out processes including patient payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Use EMR system (Aesthetic Records) to manage calendar, check in, check out, patient information.
- Promote spa services and products effectively
Managing Social Media Posts:
- Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Schedule and post content regularly to maintain an active online presence.
- Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest strategies to enhance engagement.
Assisting Provider During Procedures:
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for procedures.
- Assist the provider during cosmetic procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Handle sterilization and disinfection of equipment and tools.
- Maintain proper documentation of procedures and patient records in EMR system.
- Follow up with patients after procedures
Assisting with the hygiene standard across the Medical Spa:
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all areas within the medical spa, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Monitor and replenish supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
Note: This position requires excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Candidate MUST be fluent in Spanish.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
