Beautiful Minds, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Clinically Licensed professional to join our field clinical team as a Clinical Supervisor.
A Clinical Supervisor provides therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families. The Clinical Supervisor assists in recruiting, interviewing, and providing support to service providers. He/she facilitates and develops monthly supervisions, reviews clinical documentation, and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, professional licensing boards, and Company standards.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage a caseload of clients (telehealth or in-person).
- Assess clients to define presenting problems, determine diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation of services.
- Recruiting and interviewing of new hires.
- Review and approve progress notes and treatment plans.
- Facilitate monthly supervisions.
- Provide guidance and support to service providers.
- Coordinate and participate in community events to improve vendor relationships and community partnerships.
- Participate in development opportunities and continuing education for professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active provisional licensure in the State of New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
- Experience in a community health care environment, counseling agency, or other related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using computers and related technology
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance policy.
- Ability to use his/her own vehicle.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Desire to create a positive experience for others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
