2. Appointment Scheduling:
- Efficiently manage the appointment schedule for various spa services.
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth flow and optimal utilization of resources.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to clients.
3. Client Relations:
- Request client feedback and reviews after spa services.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with care.
