Job Details
Beautyblender is looking for a talented Customer Relations Coordinator to become an integral part of the customer relations team. This person would provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.
- Process customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures.
- Provide timely feedback to the sales team regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customers service expectations.
- Answer and place calls to customers and document all necessary information pertaining to those calls.
- Processing customer requests in a timely and efficient manner while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Apply Beautyblender policies and procedures to resolve complex situations
- Edit orders received for price and conformity
- Informs customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer.
- Records or files copy of orders received
- Receives and checks customer complaints
- Answer and resolve incoming customer relations phone calls.
- Answer and research Customer Relations emails.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Outstanding customer service
- Proficient with MS Office, Outlook
- At least three years customer service experience
