Job Description : The role :
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Senior Manager of Medical Education to lead and expand our Provider medical education initiatives for Hydrafacial® and Perk™ products. This role will focus on designing and implementing strategic educational programs for medical professionals, estheticians, and partners to elevate the understanding, skills, and application of our technology and treatments. The Senior Manager will be responsible for creating educational content, delivering training sessions, and ensuring that our medical community is well-equipped to promote, support, and provide the best outcomes for Hydrafacial® users.
What you'll do :
Primary Responsibilities :
- Strategic Development of Medical Education Programs : Design and execute medical education strategies that educate physicians, estheticians, and clinic partners on the benefits, usage, and best practices for Hydrafacial® and Perk™ products.
- Training & Curriculum Design : Develop comprehensive, engaging, and scientifically robust training programs, including online courses, webinars, in-person workshops, and certification programs for medical professionals and estheticians.
- Content Creation & Knowledge Sharing : Create and manage medical education content, including training materials, presentations, clinical guidelines, and educational videos, ensuring they are aligned with the latest clinical evidence and beauty health trends.
- Engagement & Community Building : Foster relationships and build advocacy with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and thought leaders in dermatology, aesthetics, and medical aesthetics to drive the adoption of Hydrafacial® and Perk™ products. Build a global community of medical professionals who champion the brand and provide high-quality education to others.
- Medical Education Events & Conferences : Plan, organize, and participate in medical education events, trade shows, and conferences. Represent the company in a medical capacity to enhance the visibility and credibility of Hydrafacial® in the global medical and aesthetic communities.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting : Develop KPIs to measure the success and impact of medical education programs. Report on key learnings, participation rates, and educational outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, sales, professional relations, product, and regulatory teams to ensure that educational materials align with corporate goals, regulatory guidelines, and the latest product updates.

Base Salary Pay Range : $120,000 - $140,000)
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BeautyHealth's total rewards package for our employees.
