The Opportunity
Great opportunity to join our friendly and professional team as Office Administrator.
The Role
This role will provide friendly and efficient office administration support. This is a fast-paced role in a small team in our friendly professional office with great systems and processes.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Handle customer requests
· Prepare quotes and process orders
· Coordinate with suppliers (incl expediting)
· Support the sales and technical teams
· Liaise with the operations and finance teams
· Keep track of everything in our software

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration or similar roles.
You will enjoy working in a friendly team environment with established procedures and systems. You will have a high attention to detail, be very organised, and pride yourself on delivering repeatable, high-quality results. You will have a friendly manner, be highly productive, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and like contributing to the team’s success. You will like learning and becoming an expert at what you do.
Prior industry knowledge isn’t required. We will ensure you are well trained and know exactly how to do your role, so you can feel confident and do a good job.
