Who We Are:
Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is located in Breckenridge, Colorado - the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Nestled between the mountain and Main Street, at Beaver Run you're just a few steps away from the ski slopes in the winter and the hiking trails in the summer. With 40,000 square feet of conference and meeting spaces, Beaver Run is the largest conference center in Breckenridge with the most scenic views and most professional team, services and amenities.
What You'll Do:
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to Beaver Run Resort's Executive Committee, HOA Board of Directors and Homeowner Services. This position has responsibility for a wide assortment of tasks, and will interact with a variety of stakeholders, including management, homeowners, vendors, contractors and more. An ideal candidate is able to work independently with attention to prioritization, detail and follow through. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, problem solving and teamwork. Position is located on-premises in Breckenridge, CO. Full-time, year-round position with benefits eligibility.
Position range $26.00-$29.50 DOE
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support Executive Committee and HOA Board of Directors through scheduling and coordinating recurring meetings and special events (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually), providing technical support, creating agendas, taking and distributing notes, and tracking action items.
- Organize and host multiple virtual and blended meetings utilizing Zoom and Team.
- Collect and prepare supporting documents and presentations for quarterly and annual HOA Board and management meetings.
- Assist HOA Board and Executive Committee with Declaration, Bylaw, and governance policies compliance.
- Administer HOA website.
- Manage Beaver Run Interim Center Acquisition (BRICA) including but not limited to K1 communication, shareholder contact information, and sales and transfer of shares.
- Foster a high level of trust through demonstrated professionalism and discretion to accomplish requests and achieve goals.
- Support strategic projects and special events as required (e.g., developing presentations, memos, and communication plans).
- Partner and foster relationships with stakeholders including management, homeowners, community partners, etc.
- Assist with contract organization on SharePoint.
Education and Experience:
- 2 years administrative assistant experience or equivalent experience required
- Executive assistant experience preferred
- 2 years in hospitality industry preferred
- HOA experience preferred
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required
- High proficiency setting up and supporting virtual meetings (Zoom, Teams, etc.) required
