Curriculum Supervisor - Middle School
Applications are now being accepted for a middle school curriculum supervisor position with a contract start date of August 1, 2025. All applicants must possess a valid Ohio Certificate/License. The contract information is as follows: Two (2) Year, 213 days per year with a salary range from $97,053 to $110,895 based on previous administrative experience, plus longevity and training credit.
QUALIFICATIONS
Possess a valid Ohio Administrative License.
Master’s Degree or higher with training in curriculum and instruction.
Successful teaching experience and thorough knowledge of major academic areas, curriculum, staff development process, instructional technology, and best teaching practices.
PARTIAL LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Works with administrators and staff to facilitate continual improvement of the instructional program, course of study, administrative procedures, staff training, and the development of teaching materials.
Reviews literature and monitors innovative programs. Promotes exemplary practices that support effective teaching and learning.
Promotes the continuity of the instructional program (i.e., gifted services, career technical education)
Assists with testing programs. Facilitates scoring and analysis of test results. Recommends instructional revisions to help improve student learning.
Helps prepare grant and foundation proposals as directed.
Provides orientation programs to acquaint new staff with the district's curricular and instructional program.
