Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)

Responsibilities Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) :

M anage foodservice operations and ensuring food safety in the nursing home facility

Responsible for implementation of menus, foodservice purchasing, and food preparation

Apply nutrition principles, document nutrition information, and manage work teams

Recruit, hire and train dietary staff to assist with meal planning and preparations

Follow direction from the Nursing home Administrator

Qualifications Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) :

High School Diploma or equivalent

CDM Certification necessary

Previous LTC / SNF experience preferred

Serious applicants

Interest in the geriatric population
