Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Services Supervisor located in Beaverton, OR. The Maintenance Services Supervisor manages a portfolio of operations within Maintenance Services, ensuring quality, safety and regulatory standards, and participating in long-range planning.
The Maintenance Services Department is seeking a Maintenance Services Supervisor to oversee the maintenance group, which consist of Carpentry, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Grounds personnel. The dynamic nature of this job requires a lot of flexibility and complete focus. This position needs critical thinking and a full understanding of the daily issues in order to function effectively.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must possess three years progressive management or supervisory experience in relevant field.
- In lieu of #1 and #2, seven years equivalent combination of education and experience necessary to perform the job functions.
