We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Accounting Department. As an essential team member, you will support the seamless operation of accounts payable processes across all brands. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing accounts payable in accordance with company policies;
- Maintaining up-to-date vendor records, including credit information and required documentation;
- Coordinating with Procurement to ensure accurate item costs and reviewing customs and tariffs;
- Handling intercompany transactions across multiple companies;
- Ensuring process integrity following system changes and enhancements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (preferred);
- 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field (required);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
