- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the Principal and other school staff.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic.
- Perform various secretarial duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three years of varied and increasingly responsible clerical or secretarial experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.
