As the Chief Research Communications Officer, you will lead the strategic development and implementation of a comprehensive communications plan to promote LSU's research initiatives. This includes developing and executing a five-year strategic communications and marketing plan, building partnerships with on-campus research and academic leaders, and creating a comprehensive and aligned communications tactical plan. You will also manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring clear direction, professional growth, and alignment with institutional goals.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or related field. 7 years of relevant experience. Proven ability to communicate complex topics in terms that are easy to understand and read. Ability to successfully execute strategic communications.
