Job Summary
The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing pharmaceutical expertise and education to patients and providers. The successful candidate will establish a comprehensive pharmacy service in their area of specialization, utilizing evidence-based medicine to develop and implement policies and procedures.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited university. They will also have completion of a PGY-1 residency plus 1 to 3 years of clinically relevant hospital pharmacy experience or completion of a PGY-2 residency in Critical Care. Board certification within 12 months of hire in the area of specialization is also required.
