Job Description
This Community Support Services Coordinator position is responsible for providing community support services and therapeutic services in a person-centered, supportive environment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of diagnostic characteristics, symptomology of primary mental illness, and medications, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Monitor services and provide community support services and therapeutic services.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in a related field, or completion of supervised-post graduate counseling experience (internship) with direct client contact under supervision.
- Certifications: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
