* Prepare large quantities of fried chicken while maintaining consistency and quality.
* Grill, fry, and roast meats for individual orders, banquets, and private events.
* Adapt recipes for special menu items and features for events and private parties.
Teamwork and Quality Control
* Collaborate with the team in a supportive environment, delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining strong communication and trust.
* Focus on meal preparation and respond to server inquiries with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
Specialty Preparation and Health and Safety
