The Market President serves as the first in command in the local market, reporting directly to the Divisional President. Key responsibilities include coordinating activities of the bank in accordance with policies and objectives established by the Divisional President and the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Ccoordinate activities of the bank in accordance with policies and objectives established by the Divisional President and the bank.
- Assist the Divisional President in overall administration of the bank and serve as second in command over their market in the absence of the Divisional President.
- Coordinate activities in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures.
- Oversee operational problems and develop procedures to ensure compliance with the bank's corporate procedures for their resolution and ensure efficient operation of each location of the market.
- Assist in developing an annual budget and maintain responsibility for attaining growth and high-quality bank loan portfolio, core deposits, and overall operational and financial goals.
