**Job Description:
We are seeking experienced bulldozer/excavator operators to perform mass grading, clear land, build pads, excavate basins, and transport dirt across the site. This is a contract position based out of Farnham, Virginia.
**Responsibilities:**
- Operate bulldozers and excavators to perform mass grading, clear land, build pads, and excavate basins.
- Loading and carrying dirt using articulated haul trucks from one area of the project to another.
- Maintaining precise fine grading using bulldozers and excavators.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines, including OSHA regulations.
- Collaborating with laborers on-site to ensure efficient project execution.
**Essential Skills & Qualifications:**
- 3 years of experience operating bulldozers or excavators.
- 3 years of experience using articulated dump trucks.
- Proficiency in fine grading with bulldozers and excavators.
- 3rd party certifications for bulldozer/excavator or articulated haul truck operation.
- Strong safety awareness and knowledge of OSHA regulations.
