We are seeking a skilled HR professional to fill a key role in our organization. The Regional HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting regional leadership in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, promoting employee engagement, and shaping the HR function.
Main Duties
- Partner with regional leadership to develop HR strategies that drive business success
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters and support a positive work environment
- Coach and mentor employees to enhance their skills and performance
- Oversee the implementation of effective recruitment strategies and seasonal workforce planning
- Evaluate compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple states
- Analyze HR system data to inform business decisions and improve processes
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Foster strong relationships with employees and leaders across the organization
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity
- Experience with seasonal staffing or workforce scalability is a plus
- Ability to travel regionally as needed
