Greene Resources is seeking an HR Generalist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Support HR Consultant and clients on HR matters, including compliance, policy interpretation, and HR program audits.
- Manage full-cycle multi-state payroll processing, including tax setups and payroll audits.
- Handle benefits administration, including enrollments, terminations, and COBRA administration.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and employee training and development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in shared systems.
- Conduct HR research and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Provide remote and on-site HR consultative support to clients.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Collaborate with clients to build strong working relationships.
- Participate in business development initiatives and team meetings.
Position Requirements:
Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams).
- Experience with HRIS systems and video conferencing technology.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
