Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to serve as a Learning Environment Facilitator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for program students, focusing on positive relationships and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor program student progress and share with appropriate site and regional staff.
- Collaborate with other staff members to understand the barriers each program student is facing and the interventions being used to address them.
- Prepare bi-weekly program student updates for each resident district that includes their student's progress and intervention efforts.
You will also share critical information with resident district liaisons to ensure effective communication, receive drop-out reports from Resident Districts, and contact students to invite them to consider Foothills as an option to continue their education.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to relate well to students, parents, and co-workers.
