About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate mental health clinician to join our team. As a clinician, you will play a vital role in providing direct clinical services to clients with substance use disorders and behavioral health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health and substance use disorder assessments and monitor level of functioning.
- Assist clients in identifying self-determined goals and jointly prepare individualized service plans.
- Coordinate case management services, link clients to community resources and medical services, and interface with other service providers.
- Provide crisis intervention and prevention services to individuals and families.
- Document and chart information about client assessment, diagnostic studies, individual service plans, progress notes, quarterly and annual reviews, discharge summaries, and other client-related data.
Requirements:
- Master's degree with coursework in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Considerable experience working with clients with behavioral health disorders and substance use disorders in a behavioral healthcare setting.
- Licensed Mental Health Professional, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner, or license eligible.
Salary and Benefits:
Clinician I: $57,293.01 per year. Clinician II: $61,868 per year. A competitive salary and benefits package is offered, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
