Job Description
As an Emergency Services Clinician, you will work directly with individuals who require crisis intervention services, pre-admission screening evaluations, and crisis counseling. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing crisis intervention services, responding to emergency situations, and facilitating safe resolution.
- Conducting pre-admission screening evaluations for hospitalization, assessing individual needs, and developing treatment plans.
- Offering crisis counseling, focusing on safety planning and coping strategies, to individuals in crisis.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in a human services field and a valid license or license eligibility.
- Certification as a Prescreener is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical skills, encompassing risk assessment, safety planning, and crisis intervention.
- An ability to navigate challenging work environments and collaborate effectively with various behavioral health partners.

Compensation
Salary negotiations are based on prescreener certification and experience, with a minimum of $63,000 for license-eligible candidates and $70,000 for licensed professionals.
