In this position you will be providing outpatient counseling primarily for children, adolescents, and teens. It could also include some family therapy as you include the guardians to help facilitate improvement in the overall family functioning. You would be part of the outpatient team but also work with other programs in our location that include case management and crisis services. You may also coordinate with some of the local school staff. There is a possibility of serving some adults clients if needed.
This position requires a master’s degree in counseling, social work or a degree leading toward state licensure. The clinician II position is for those who are licensed eligible, and the clinician III is for someone who is licensed. This is a Full-Time position with benefits that include health insurance, retirement (Virginia Retirement System), and holiday, annual, and sick leave.

SCHEDULE: 40 hours weekly (Monday through Friday) Flexible to accommodate client needs, including evenings as necessary
