We are seeking a talented Cardiovascular Molecular Biologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in cardiovascular biology and develop novel therapeutic strategies for the treatment of serious cardiovascular diseases.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cellular and molecular biology techniques, including iPSC handling and cardiomyogenic differentiation. Strong knowledge of gene expression modulation and cellular assay development is also essential. Previous experience with cell line engineering and HTS screening methodologies is highly desirable.
Your responsibilities will include performing standard cell culture support, maintaining and differentiating iPSC lines, and supporting iPSC-CM differentiation and manufacturing. You will also work closely with our discovery biology and LDO teams to develop and optimize HTS cell-based biological and validation assays. Additionally, you will prepare reports, publications, and present to senior management and cross-functional teams.
