Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care to residents of all ages.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Administer medications or treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Counsel residents, family members, and/or advocates on prevention and treatment plans.
- Develop self-care programs based on resident education principles.
Requirements:
- A valid LPN license with State Nursing board or multi-state licensure privileges is required.
- Candidates must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as an LPN.
- Completion of required annual continuing education units and competency training is necessary.
