Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional nursing care to our residents. As a part-time RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of our residents. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring their condition.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel as needed.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state where the practice of nursing is occurring.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
