The Office Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Department Head, ensuring smooth operation of office activities. This includes scheduling appointments, delegating tasks, and providing information to callers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities, including scheduling appointments and delegating tasks.
  • Provide information to callers, including Tribal Council, senior management, and external sources.
  • Compose and type routine or complex correspondence and reports from rough drafts.
  • Maintain department filing systems and inventory supplies.
  • Perform payroll-related functions, including reviewing reports for accuracy.
